If you have any trouble with redeeming your gift card (ex. coins were already taken but your phone has died before redeeming, you haven't got your gift card on your email address, or anything really), try opening up Appjobs Work and click your coins balance in the top right corner of Shop main menu. You'll see your coins history, and next to redeems, you'll see a clickable link that says 'Review transaction'. Click it to check if you've completed the gift card redemption process.

If the transaction is still in progress, you'll be taken to the exact step where you've finished last time. Carry on from there.
